Usually, they are asking for it and it's exactly what it means for. Most of the times, you can let people know what you are capable of through your demo reel. The rule is simple, if they like it, you'll get hired, otherwise you have to find another openings.I have a simple idea about how to make a reel, so make sure you know what your style is, and who knows it will make a big difference.
